The Academic Center is a learning haven, supporting students in Grades 7-12. Established as a result of the 2004 Strategic Plan, it is staffed all day by two teachers—one covering the humanities and one supporting math and science. In discussions with the architects, students unanimously asked for nothing to be changed. The new Academic Center will have two adjoining rooms, which will repurpose many of the achitectural features from the townhouses. This space will remain a supportive and quiet environment where students can focus on their studies.
